Synthesia a.s., a leading manufacturer of chemical products, approached us with a request to develop a specialized machine for the separation of ferromagnetic particles from heavy pigment dust. The key challenge was to create equipment that would operate reliably in an explosive environment and meet strict safety standards.

About the Project:

Based on the client’s requirements, we conducted a detailed analysis of the working conditions and material properties of the pigment dust. The development included designing a separation system using neodymium magnets, ensuring operational safety, and integrating a control cabinet for process automation.

Implementation:

  1. Design & Engineering: The separator was designed to deliver maximum efficiency in the separation of ferromagnetic particles. Special emphasis was placed on durability under demanding operating conditions and safety in explosive atmospheres.
