Wood Gas Reformer

For the Slovak company Green Power RS, we carried out the production of equipment for the thermal decomposition of tar contained in wood gas during 2020–2021. The project also included the delivery of a vibrating classifier for sorting the resulting biochar. The entire solution was based on documentation provided by the customer.

Implementation:

1. Manufacturing and Assembly: Using client-supplied plans, we produced a wood gas reformer – a thermal unit designed to break down tar compounds at high temperatures. The second part of the delivery included a vibrating separator to efficiently classify the biochar into desired fractions.

Outcome:

The customer received a reliable solution tailored to biomass energy processing. The reformer contributes to more efficient gas filtration, while the screening unit improves the quality and consistency of the final carbon-based material.
