Mlékárna Polná approached us to design and manufacture a machine for oxygenating and cooling water while simultaneously breaking down surface sludge generated during dairy processing. The unit was intended for outdoor operation, requiring durability and long-term reliability.

Implementation:

1. Design & Engineering: The machine was designed for installation in an open water channel. Its structure was optimized for continuous operation, easy maintenance, and resistance to changing weather conditions.

2. Production & Assembly: We used corrosion-resistant stainless steel and designed a robust solution that integrates water aeration, cooling, and sludge disintegration into a single, compact unit.

Outcome:

The Kesener improved water quality and simplified operations by effectively processing sludge. Thanks to its durable design, it is well-suited for long-term outdoor use with minimal maintenance.
